Metal working
Our success is based on a modern range of high performance oils.
PROCESS:
- Our products allow you to work hassle-free on various types of steel and stainless steels as well as:
- Aluminium alloys
- Non-ferrous metals
- Titanium alloys
- Plastics
Wire pulling, turning, milling, cold extrusion, cold forming, nibbling, punching, deep drawing, folding back etc.
This also involves the process-related approach that factors in cleaning and corrosion protection according to the metal working or forming.
Please get in touch with us. We look forward to working with you to find a solution. We would also be pleased to speak to you about our cooling lubricant management system (Total Fluid Management).

COOLING LUBRICANTS FOR A RANGE OF OPERATIONS
- DIN 51385 differentiates between two types of cooling lubricants:
- Water-miscible and water-mixed cooling lubricants
- Non water-miscible cooling lubricants
- According to the requirements of the production process, we have a range of aqueous and non-aqueous cooling lubricants for a variety of machining processes.
MODE OF ACTION FOR COOLING LUBRICANTS
When cutting and shaping is carried out, mixed friction occurs between the work-piece and tool. Cooling lubricants reduce this friction and reduce the wear on the tool. Furthermore, this significantly prevents warming of the work-piece and increases machining precision.
Forming
Forming
We offer high-quality, chlorine-free forming lubricants for the metal processing of solid and high-tensile materials. The specially developed forming oils help to improve the quality of the work-piece and prolong the lifespan of the tools. The finish quality is enhanced.
USE OF FORMING OIL
We supply metal-free forming oil for non-machined forming with a very high degree of difficulty, for example the cold forming of complex pipe systems or for high-performance punching operations.
Part of our remit is to ensure that your requirements in the production process are perfectly met. Please contact us.
Punching in metal working
Punching in metal working
We provide various punching media for easy and difficult applications with and without residue formation for the entire range of materials from non-ferrous metals to aluminium and high-alloy steels.
Qualitative punching oils effectively prevent the formation of built-up edges, improve the surface of the work piece, prolong the lifespan of the work tool and make burr-free punching largely possible.
